My rate for therapeutic massage is $50 / half hour, $80 / hour, or $120 / 90 min.

I will custom fit the perfect massage. Tell me where you have any pain, specific concerns or conditions and where you tend to carry tension in your body. Every body is different, so I believe every massage should be tailor made to fit your needs.  Let me know what you are looking for. Choose from the massage types listed below which will be further customized to meet your needs. 

1. Relaxation Massage: A very soothing rhythmic light to medium touch overall massage. This sedates the nervous system and allows you to take a break from the stress of daily life. Totally relax, let go and drift off into a state of bliss. 

2. Tension Release Massage: A medium to firm pressure overall massage designed to release tension and relieve sore achy muscles. More attention will go to the specific areas that need it most. 

3. Deep Tissue Massage: A very deep / firm pressure muscle specific massage. A therapeutic massage designed to target problem areas and get out all the knots. Not only the superficial muscles, but deeper muscles that you may not even be aware of will be addressed. This massage will help you to release unhealthy patterns and pain from your body.

4. Stretching Massage:  In this session we will start out on a floor mat with a delightful arrangement of stretches. I use a combination of Shiatzu, Thai, yoga and partner stretching techniques. Next we will move to the massage table for a blissful massage. I use a combination of deep tissue, Swedish, lomi lomi, sports and relaxation techniques. 

5. Couples Massage or Tandem Massage (4 hands): Have you ever had two skilled massage therapists working on you at once? It's an incredible experience! We offer sessions for individuals and couples. Couples will be worked on side by side in the same room.

I use all natural unscented BIOTONE massage oils. For an added therapeutic benefit, I also offer Aromatherapy with your Massage. I use dōTERRA Essentials oil and products.

We recently purchased a very large, beautiful hot tub for Angels Nest, and it still needs some repairs to get it running for our use. Additional massage tables are also needed.
